Access Intelligence announces significant customer contract wins regained from its key competition in Australia and New Zealand

 

Access Intelligence Plc (AIM: ACC), the technology innovator delivering Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") solutions for the global marketing and communications industries, is delighted to announce multiple significant contract win backs from its key competitors in Australia and New Zealand.

 

As previously announced, the Group has made good progress in its APAC region in the current financial year as it has sought to capitalise on the market opportunity before it, especially in ANZ, by combining Isentia's established media monitoring and insights services in the region alongside Access Intelligence's audience intelligence offering.

 

Since the start of June 2023, the Company has won back a number of contracts previously lost by Isentia, that amount to, in aggregate, in excess of AUD$3m of ARR across multi-year contracts, ranging between 3 and 5 years. The customer win backs have come from a range of customers including larger government agencies in Australia and are in addition to the client win backs achieved in the first half as announced in June 2023.

4GLOBAL, a UK-based data, services and software company focused on major sporting events and the promotion and measurement of physical activity, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded contracts in the Middle East and in Guadalajara, Mexico.

The contract in the Middle East covers data, insight and knowledge applications for one of 4GLOBAL's long standing strategic partners. The contract has a value of US$290k and will be delivered and recognised in the current financial year.

The contract in Mexico is awarded with the Guadalajara Convention and Visitors Bureau in the City of Guadalajara, one of the sixteen venues of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Under the contract, 4Global will assist making investment decisions and assess whether investments are achieving the criteria with regards to social impact thanks to the use of 4Global's data and social value calculator product that was developed in collaboration with Sheffield Hallam University. The Social Value Calculator is designed to give leisure providers a tool to measure and provide evidence of the social value created from investment in sport and physical activity. The contract value is for US$250k and will be delivered and recognised in the current financial year.

Contract increases and extensions

 

Crimson Tide Plc (TIDE) ("Crimson Tide" or "the Company"), the provider of the mpro5

solution, extends its reach into educational catering and the Irish Government with additions and extensions to existing contracts.

 

The Company has been working with one of the UK's leading educational catering providers since late 2021 to digitise food safety logbooks, saving them time and money, reducing errors, and improving food safety compliance. Initially piloted in 50 locations, this increased to 650 in January 2022 and has now been extended to 950 sites across the UK. This latest expansion represents a 50% increase to the MRR of the contract and takes the total contracted revenue, which still has 20 months to run, to £270k. This deal, combined with those for other educational catering companies, takes our total footprint to over 3000 sites in the UK, which represents 10% of all education institutions, and means mpro5 is used to help deliver over 150 million school meals every year.

 

In addition, the Company is pleased to report a new contract with an existing government body in Ireland that includes a 56% increase in MRR, raising the total value of the new 3-year contract to over €460k. The inclusion of new features in this instance of mpro5 extends its reach into more departments, reducing the time spent manually logging and reporting tasks and activities, and improving operational efficiency.

Additional Framework Wins and Direct Award

 

Kinovo Plc (AIM: KINO), the specialist property services group that delivers compliance and sustainability solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded additional framework wins and a direct award.

 

Kinovo has received an award notice under Eastern Procurement Limited's Asset Improvement and Sustainability Framework with a maximum estimated aggregate value of £156 million across a total of five contractors over a term of 4 years in which awards can be granted and agreed. The framework covers a broad range of the Company's services including voids, kitchen and bathroom installations, disabled adaptation works, electrical testing, rewiring, upgrades and repairs, as well as insulation and decarbonisation works.

 

The Company has also been awarded a place on 3 lots of the Hyde Group's Alternative Heating Servicing and Maintenance Services and Metering and Billing Services Framework. Two of the lots relate to gas servicing, maintenance and renewal services to both domestic and commercial properties for the north and south regions within the framework, and the third lot relates to heating servicing, maintenance and renewal services to electrically heated properties across both regions. This framework has a maximum estimated aggregate value of £28 million over 4 years across a total of five contractors, and the framework can also be accessed by other public bodies.

 

As previously referenced, due to the nature of frameworks, Kinovo does not attribute revenue from its framework placings within its three year visible revenue forecasts.

 

In addition to the above, Kinovo has received a direct award with a new client, Broadland District Council ("Broadland"), from the Government's Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund announced in March 2023, which allows local authorities and social housing providers to apply for government funding to install energy efficiency upgrades. Kinovo has been contracted by Broadland to remove its existing systems and supply and install Air Source Heat Pumps, High Heat Retention Storage Heaters, Solar PV and battery storage for approximately 70 properties. The total anticipated value of the works is £1 million over 2 years. All works will be completed in accordance with Broadland's requirements and relevant retrofit regulation such as PAS2030:2019 and PAS2035:2019.

 

As a result of the continued progress of the Company's Business Development, Kinovo has invested in another Bid Manager and an Estimator to provide the team with additional resources to build on this positive momentum.
