Frenkel Topping (AIM: FEN), a specialist independent financial advisor and asset manager focussed on asset protection for vulnerable clients, announces that the FCA has approved its recent application for a variation of permissions. As a result, the Company is now able to act as a discretionary investment manager with full retail permissions.
